Shipping and Return Policy
All items are shipped from Camrose, Alberta, Canada. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays, or Saturdays,Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the following business day. All orders placed are not able to be edited or changed.
All damaged products, missing items or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition, that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We will not accept any products that have been modified or altered in any way.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All Glitz Esthetics will not be liable for any stolen, lost, or misplaced packages, or redirected addresses that you cannot personally receive the packages. We are not responsible for any fees to send package(s) to address other than the address provided or back to original address.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will not do full refunds on any used product(s). We do not accept refunds or exchanges on tweezers or adhesives. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Gift cards are non- refundable or returnable.
